    Yes, I am the blogger being sued by Peter Jansen. He has not withdrawn his legal action and I have also not withdrawn my blog post. My defense was filed in the High Court this morning (May 6, 2011) with the assistance of two major Law firms, once specializing in ACC and other, in defamation. The former is interested in hearing from others being "threatened" legal action from ACC.
