I've been in the system for a few years ....I think I fell into a vacuum....so am now wondering what the future might hold with my new dedicated recovery co-orninator on board?


    You have the right under this new acc to ask for one case manager to handle your case , and they cannot refuse this.
    I did and had my own case manager since this new shit started
