Hi you all,
By now you all will have read that KPI's documents. We all know what they say but read the above one again and this time look to see if rehabilitation can be supplied in this document.
Read it again and see if this document can be read as an Exit document.
Now the AG read the Hay = Pay document just like you. He also had access to all staff KPI's assessments. (some might just been hidden. Remember that I was on bail when the AG report was being researched.) Now like all good government departments they keep good records. Each year each staff member is given certain tasks. One of there tasks is the Exiting of claimants. The transport committee is told every year how many people are going to have a great recovery from the injury. Now each year every branch is given a number of the number of exits that must go through. These are all filtered down to your case managers. The branch manager has recorded in your case managers secludes when and how these Exit are to proceed.
Now when you get your case managers review secludes you have what the casemanagers instructions are. You will notice that the weighting for there tasks are in a percentage. When the casemanager supplies the secludes as requested query what rehabilitation was given. Take notice of the rehabilitation rate. Is this rate given from the time the case manager was given the client or is it from the date of accident.
Now by collecting this information is the only way in showing the public that the AG report is not correct and should be done again and this time correctly.
As my compensation was stopped way back in 1992 my name will not appear on a seclude, but as with all things I do need a couple of these. One will be from my branch and the other to see if a case manager was not just giving a disentitlement so he could get his bonus.
Pity some other people can't read the paperwork like they claim that they do.
