This is a run for shelter. Sorry, there is no place to hide, arseholes. Your persistent arrogance is about to produce its reward.

They also have ot take previous training and quals into account as well Therefore an architect cannit be made to become a car park attendant. however, ACC are looking at getting al that changed soon.
Good luck and go get em, go to Review!

Then overturn his assessment with a later one from an assessor/specialist with more letters after his name and take it to review/dc..

I find a lot of your decisions in regard to vocational independence are quite disturbing, you wanker. If wright hadn't been pissed he would have put Tally Clerk as an option and Mr Pitcher would have stayed on his WINZ benefit. So fuck up and fuck off with your crocodile tears.

And another good case against yet another toady off the gravy train. This one works from a cell phone and email address. Suspicious?
Perhaps those he shafted, Beattie that is, can now appeal and use this decision?

Turner is NZ's highest earner from doing ACC exit work. HE is very experienced at shafting ACC claimants. MAny can attest to that.
His 90 page reports are enough to prove that.
Turner is based in CHCH but travels on the gravy train thru NZ.
He has given up private pracitce and devotes his entire life to the detriment of ACC claimants and the filling of his huge pockets.
His income, pa, to prove I am not lying as some would insinuate that, is actually published up on here.
Why are you told to go to Turner?
Are you being sent as one of the long term claimants having received THE letter saying they want an assessment or are you on the Occupational slippery slide?
Sorry, I do not know the other people in your post but I giess many others hopefully will!!
good luck and refuse to go to Turner. YOu can state that he has appeared in a number of court judgements where the learned judge rubbished his reports.
If you have chronic pain, I suggest Dr Wigley of PAlmerstn Nth. He is very good and writes a great report.
Also NEVER go to an assessment without ACC sending you the info they are sending the assessopr. Also take your own reports which you will have many of no doubt.Let CM know yo will be recording it, that is your right. Take a support person also.
A good idea to get a letter from GP as well stating your disabilities and chronic pain... VIA is the last step in the slippery slope. For goodness sakes, it is important you get this right!!!

Thanks so much for the info..unfortunatly they 'ACC' have done there part in sending this to both parties (Turner & Retter) had mediation with Ms N Ford (who quashed ACC decision in 2006)when they decided in their wisdom to axe after another worm had done the work (all the way up in Napier)in 2005, you know nothing has changed in any results that have 'raped' over the injury since 1994, infact many have accellerated the severe pain..but oh well, I suppose at the time to be expected ...ACC opped and stopped payment in August, but still get the Independance allowence...funny that..now looking for others that have a similar situation who can guide me through to fighting the system 'ACC' have chronic pain, with continous leftside headache that has never gone away.
regards to all

The appointment was audio and video taped.
At Review Hearing I lost.
At District Court Appeal in mid 2008 I won my ERC back! I will PM you the name of the Specialist Doctor I saw to get a report.
My case did involve chronic pain!
Enough said - as this forum has turned pretty nasty recently!!
