Get cheeky. Ring the two Drs mentioned in above posts, and ask when they can give you a appointment for your IMA.
Then update your IRP to include your IMA and state the Dr who will carry out the assessment, and the date.
Often ACC will tell you the good Drs have no time to see you, keep the pricks honest, give the Drs a call.
Remember to take letters from GP telling the assessor your problems, and further treatment your GP or specialist recomends.
