Mr David black as he is/was New Zealands repersentive to the World health Orginisation. Got some one really good to complain to if he follow ACC policy.
Whats more inportant is to put in writing why physically you have limitations (if Any ) in the jobs. You are not there to see if you have skills or education to carry out the occupations.
Why put it in writing ???
this is because the ACC toadie assessir will ask questions as "Can you work at this occupation?" when the question should have been what activities are you injuries limiting you to carry out this occupation. Two question giving two different answers.
One just needs to look at the decisions on vocational Independence and the number of times that a assessor write down that a claimant is claiming that he can work at a certain occupation, which the judge has repeated in a decision.
If you want to go to a GP then just choose one. You still need to have the same documentation
Just like a weigh bridge opperator.
Could I be one for 35 or more hours per week. No but could be one for less that that. Can not sit in one place for long periods of time. The injury deteriorated due to the lack of movements. I could carry out that occupation for 2 to 3 hours per day in my opinion. modifying the work station will increase the hours that could be worked. how do I know that I can do the work only for 2 to 3 hours per day it is because that is all that I could spend here fighting ACC before modifying my work station.
as i say If you don't put in the imput you will be Exited as per the policy.
