I gathered that you have checked out this person by confirming that what you have put up is correct.

It is time to get your paper work sorted for this person.

ACC have on there site the guideline for the occupational assessor. Go through it and have the answers written down for who ever you go and see.

If you want something ask for it. remember section 70 as it tells you that you are responcable for your rehabilitation to the extent practicable having regard to the consequence of the personal injury.

The case manager can refuse what you ask for but can only on economical grounds only. you will know as the cost will not give a reduction in the compensation.
