I totally agree with Cloudsurfing's comments put on this topic today.
I have just let some comments put on my/other people's posts + topics go.

However, I did think this site was meant to be emotionally safe, hopefully helpful and possibly uplifting.
On this site people should be able to post without fear of ridicule or put downs and receive advice - which they then: either ignore, act on, or seek further advice.

In other words this site - is meant to be an ACC claimant's support family. Is this possible!

Hi there

I had antodiadis for Independence Allowance Permanent Injury assessment in 2001. He gave me an extra 5% for shoulder injuries as he mistakenly put them down as Acromioplastie surgery rather than Athrioplasty. At the time I didnt know what the medical name of the operations were, so just went along with it. Was reviewing another aspect of my assessment when ACC picked the error up and changed it post haste!!! :-)

He is not a bad sort and I think if you make sure he has all the relevant medical details and your own slant on things, you will get a decent report. Just make sure he gets everything.

The IOA is where having been assessed as permanently injury and receiving IA comes in real handy as comments are made in the assessment which can be used to defend your right to refuse some jobs. Like Range of Motion of your body etc. Mental Injury, ability to focus and concentrate etc.

If you have not had Permanent Injury Assessments, I strongly advise you too. I had mine done before I went for weekly compensation cause to look at me, you would think I can do anything. And I like to think I can do anything, but the reality is in fact, far different than that.

Good Luck
Mini

To answer the question to say which one of the Dr are toadies I have not see physical evidence.

What I do know is that ACC staff will edit the information and often remove the relevant information to acheive there objective. ACC is the only place I know who pay up to %0% of the base rate to there workers to carry out deception.

Now I have been asked were do you find the work detail sheets.

on the ACC web site under providers under work type detail sheets These are the ones that the providers use but take notice that it is only a guide line so they might not be fully accurate. tell the assessor of any inaccuracies especially if they affect you work capacity and rehabilitation. This is at the bottom at each of the pages on ACC web site.

PS sparrow I see that you deleated half of your previous post. I suggest you read Osborne V ACC to see that Advocate/lawyers do not get physical facts and use others peoples evidence with out producing the same facts to win cases.

One must remember that one must look at everything from making sure that the injuries are correct to how those injuries affect the jobs. being in employment is better that not being in employment as then they can only look at maintaining employment or gaining new employment in a specific job that will give you greater earnings.

I have a work trail coming up next month (new business opening) so this could be interesting and let you all know if this work trail woll be to my benefit.

People taking the Dopel advice do so at their own risk, and I mean that.
I have good backup of my advice.

He has attacked me and used info that is totally utterly untrue, invaded my privacy and blogged a good thread with his unjustified attacks.
Dopel is not an authority on anything as his own case has proved.
To tell a person they are a BLUDGER when declared unfit for work by several practicing Expert Specialists is totally out of place.
I am looking for an apology.
Dopel has no authority to say this.
This is way beyond the pale.He needs to take a course on reading as he is totally unable to comprehend what is posted here, even to confusing dates etc.
This last post of Dopels needs Admin intervention.
I am angry.
