For those who have heard of him Robert Chester Cheetham (Bob)- ex NZ http://www.police.govt.nz Police Constable) & currently registered PI & his wife Margaret Alison (Ali) have formed a company called 'Bobali limited'.


Does anyone know if he's allowed to do Moonlighting as an employee of Paragon Risk who have the Fraud contract with ACC http://www.acc.co.nz?

What they should do and what they actually do is not necessarily the same thing. Quite commonly you will find all manner of scallywags doing the actual footsoldier work of gathering information. this includes tipsters employed by the New Zealand police right through the whole spectrum to gang members.

This practice originates from when they were employed with the New Zealand police with the police relying upon paid informants.

It is routine for the ACC private investigators to commission friends and neighbours and various associates to inform take photos and videos etc etc. Just read the evidence presented on behalf of the ACC to confirm thiss as being fact.

Robert Chester Cheetham is understood to have left Paragon in January 2012, perhaps he was pushed, perhaps he was retirement age.
