That's great. Let's hope they are also given the power to change things or at least have their recommendations taken seriously.

Add to that and genuinely independent
Same goes for ACC not some backroom comittee trading favours and a pre-disposition to minimise damage and maintain a status quo.
We have seen this happen too often and it is hard to even hope that this will be any different and at best will result in a clayton's win for the complainants, a sacrificial goat blamed and offered as a sacrifice to the altar of appeasment,
Promises of change, and back to business as usual...................
