Does anyone know of the where-abouts of Jenny Dashwood who was a pain management consultant (or what-ever) during 2001 and 2002?
She and her pain management business appear to have disappeared off the face of the earth
When she was still at Greenlane (2001 + 2002) and contracting her services to ACC, Catalyst and AON, I requested (written and verbal) a full and unedited copy of the file she started while I attended Pain Management during late 2001
Has anyone any idea on who else I could contact to get this file if indeed she has gone to ground?
Thanks

She used to contract to Career Services in Takapuna sometimes, they may know where she is. But I do know she was very very sick and up for operations - maybe she's poped her slogs ?

Hey Blurb
Why do you give her seven days. Wouldnt it be smarter to give her the 20 days, OIA request. That way you know you will have legal legs to stand on if she doesnt give it??
Not trying to deter you, but if she doesnt give it in seven days, you just going to have to give her the 20 days from your next request.
One thing is that she shouldnt have destroyed because you have to keep at least seven years so you just squeaked in by the looks of things.
Good luck
Mini

Thanks Mini
I have previousely requested the information from her, verbally and written, and was totally ignored.
I believe that when evidence of this (my requests) is given to any Judge he/she will order her to provide what I require
Totally understand why Jenny hasn't actioned my previous requests

I agree with mimi and use the privacy Act
If she doesn't supply then she is liable for the cost of what is wrong as well.

Update
I did make contact and receive a reply from Ms Dashwood
I hope to get a copy of the file she has on me, in the near future but in the mean while, she did provide some information in the emails she has so far sent to me in response to my correspondance to her
Thanks everyone and also to Jenny for responding.

"if published would be deemed libellous" well, providing a false report to ACC/AON like you did is illegal. You haven't got a leg to stand on.
