The Corporation’s declining claims is because New Zealand is a guinepig country, the only country on earth where Torts Law is replaced by business called Accident Compensation Corporation. This national Corporation is an ideal business that lives on mandatory tax payer’s funds. As a business the corporation’s duty therefore is to protect grossly reckless doctors and award butchery. NZ doctor’s are fully aware of this fact and they are even told of this fact by the representative from the HDC office that they both ACC and HDC protect reckless doctors. I have attended a lecturing in which HDC representative said that they protect doctors NOT the people of NZ and was giving examples what they say when declining claim.

Weak up NZ.

Link for what?!!!!! Link that NZ does not have Torts law? Link that ACC is business funded by people?!!! Link that ACC protects reckless doctors?
Look at the ongoing torture ACC is doing to people, and why there is no Torts law in NZ and the percentage of ACC and DRSL approved claims.
ACC has to go down. Prove and link????!!!!!!!!! Wake up NZ guinepig country.

one of many links of jaffa's anecdote:

Look at this one fore just another example - Doctor’s slaughter on 15 to 19 years young girls in Christchurch Women’s Hospital in the period between 1995 and 2001.

The New Zealand Medical Journal, Findings and outcome of teenage women referred for colposcopy at Christchurch Women’s Hospital, New Zealand, Vol 118, Number 1211 ISSN 1175 8716, pages 4, 5, 72, [NZMJ 11 March 2005, Vol 118 No 1211,URL: http://www.nzma.org....118-1211/1371/],

Where are your sources to support your claims?

And what's this got to do with caregiver/home help rates?
