My second win by myself...........I/A first b/d to date of injury and then w/c b/d to date of leaving my job of nine years.
So you see the IRD agreeing to put them in previous periods actually saved me money by cutting the amount of tax I had to pay. It had nothing to do with withholding tax returns as your mates at L/F said. And it is such a buzz that one of them is a lawyer. If it wasn't so serious it would be a lesson to everyone not to hire that legal beagle, as he cannot even read what is in front of him on a decision.

We all know ACC's has not shown much sense when it comes to some very high cases such as Kearney where even the Judges were reading the law wrongly.
One knows it takes a very specialised lawyer such as Mr Sara, to win these cases. So anything is possible when you take your own case that has continually been bought up before the courts previously by you and got chucked out. I would say, on a guess that you will probably be got with Res judicata or breach of process or maybe both. Lets hope they don't hit you with costs again.
Or more than I will start beginning how you can afford to pay all the costs, live and get you hand operated on, while on only WINZ as an income.

Your comment seems to be endorsing the ACC behaviour instead of looking at the mechanisms available to us to correct these very obvious wrongs. You go on to blame the system for being at fault yet you then blame me because of the system. That is not the thought patterns of a rational person
