Sciaticia, normally goes away after 4-6 weeks.
The pain shooting down my legs goes all the way to my heals, not stopping
at the knees as before. Seems I have now blown s3, s4, s5; area from this diagramme.
I had a spinal fusion nearly 30 yr's ago and am quite lucky to have stayed reasonably
pain free for most of that time.

Greg, suggest you research radiculopathy as I believe this is what you're now experiencing.

Thanks Gaffa09. Great file! Have been looking for something like this on the Net for ages. How can I save it so that I can refer to it quickly in the future?

Right click on the spinal zip , then go to save to your deck top , then unzip it ,

It would be a good idea for all to save it to your computer.

Many thank guys
Love you all
