Crikey, posting 2 is a horror. For example, "WCAP" is clearly an exit strategy, just what we have been saying for years.


How much more evidence is needed to show ACC and it's corrupt, underhand tactics to have Garry Wilson & Ruth Dyson prosectuted for abuse of power and other things?


What is an insurance provider doing having an "EXIT PLAN".


What is to happen to all the people that were "exited"? Things have to be put right for these people.

These strategy documents are most interesting (and distressing) - I was one of the people caught up in this nightmare -

Can only hope that sense prevails at long last ... are we allowed a ray of hope?

What would be the case if for example a major earthquake, accident or other disaster hit somewhere - there would be a lot of claims, but because of the "targets" people who have NOT been healed/rehabilitated are simply tossed out with the other ACC garbage.

This is the very reason the first question was posted on the xtra health board......this online support group has grown from that question about those very policies and procedures.

My case is among the number from the month of May 2000. my exit letter dated 5.5.00. No, not fair, unfounded accusation, but you have no idea the twisted ways these people have of making sure the exits are not reversed....they deny, delay, defraud......one of their fraudulent ways is following the exit through with DRSL fully self funded review unit contracted to perform to %rates to the deliberate detriment of Claimants.....and on to Court - where their legal minds have been seen to alude to a document which remains undisclosed - and just as well for them as they take one line of words out of context to the intention of the writer and use it against the intention of the writer to maintain their exit....thats fraud.

THEM!!!!!

Insurance? NOthing more SURE than that your exit day will come.....one way or another. Fair or not....legal or not. The battle then begins.

We are called "stock"?

The use of the word "stock" is very common in business. For example a business must carry out "stocktaking" which is in reference to the number and value of products on hand in order to determine the company's ongoing viability all for tax reasons etc.

The use of the word "stock" when referring to claimants within the ACC processing systems is much the same as any other company. A stock take of claimants is necessary for the ACC to determine its current liability and level of overall performance etc.

It is quite understandable that persons that had no knowledge or experience in business matters may become offended by the word "stock" as they no doubt think they are being referred to as farm animals.

The word stock in relation to farm animals has much the same meaning as the number of pens and pencils or raw materials that any other company might have on hand. I wonder sometimes whether or not some of the claimants on this site are making mischief by pretending to be offended when the ACC would not have intended any offence whatsoever. This is the true nature of distressed and agitated people using a wrong argument and propaganda as a mechanism to satisfy their need for Justice. The behaviour is wrong. People on the site to know better should explain to those who don't comprehend business matters.
