She promised to look into it when she was re-elected and Parliament resumes.
Well, that is what she told an Acclaim group when she was looking for votes!!!

This was post election, perhaps seeing they have been shafted, she has lost some fire???

Thanks Fairgo and Percy - Since there has been no response from Sur Bradford, can someone please contact her or her office and ask her to return the petition to us so that we can have another MP present it for re-instatement to the new Parliament?????

We probably should have taken advantage of Dec 3rd-

Participate Extra. November 2005.

++ WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR INTERNATIONAL DAY OF DISABLED PERSONS?

We want your help to find out what is going on around the country to mark the International Day of Disabled Persons on 3 December 2005.

If you are organising an event, or know of something that is happening, please let us know. We want to make a list of all events and activities being organised, to help promote the day and awareness of disability issues. We will send the list out next week.

The International Day of Disabled Persons has been observed by the United Nations since 1992. The date marks the anniversary of the General Assembly's adoption of the World Programme of Action concerning Disabled Persons. This event provides an excellent opportunity for governments, organisations of disabled persons and all in society to reflect on the progress we have made for disabled people and their families, and to renew our efforts to create a fully inclusive society.

Please get back to us by Wednesday 30 November 2005, by email: [email protected], fax: 04 470 6784 or by phone: 04 471 9769.

Question for Fairgo ... or anyone else that may know

Did this petition ever see the light of day or did it disappear never to be heard of again?

Maybe Labours new ACC Minister (Andrew Little) may wish to investigate why it was swept under the carpet

I've been searching for an email address for MP Andrew Little

Checked his http://www.parliamen...ttle-Andrew.htm page and its not there

Maybe he knows the volume of emails complaining about ACC he'll recieve so he didn't post his email

if you check the contact list page...it says website being upgraded and list will be available soon!

some of the politicians actually have the PA addy to send the mail to!, not to politician directly....

i guess the PA filters whatever information they "deem necessary for their bosses to read?

i have recently resent some mail, asking for the courtesy of a response from the person it was addressed to, not some PA signature, that cannot be read and isnt initialled...

rude!...hahahahaha

so if the person i sent it to, doesnt read it, and the poo poo hits the fan, they cant say they werent warned lol!
