Same old crap still happening .

I wrote to Jan White last year about return phone calls .
This is to do with my assessment for independence Allowance
Which was taken off me back in 1997 98 period through A SPIN acc Doctor Wilson in Wanganui who did not examine me refused to look at my medical records refused to look at my x-rays Worked only on what ACC C/M sent him.
3 time I have tried to have another assessment 3 Times ACC have failed me .
The last was applied for back in July last year ,
Again not choice of spin doctors, was told that they being spin doctors only work on what ACC send .
Now ACC have all my medical records and injury sites including the myodil.
Have also all medical records stating major problems that I didnít have before my accident ,
ACC wonít accept some of the problems yet they started from my accident.
I am now asking for all records A copy of that is sent to Assessors, I also want a specialist report which ACC are denying access too.
Want a choice of who I go to.
Now ACC want a list from my GP of all medical conditions including injuries .
But hang on ACC have all this information.
This has been going on since July last year yet again.

The latest is that ACC again wonít return all phone call so I can sort this mess out
Have left 2 messages no return calls

Hi Gaffa,

I have read through a Claim Details report and it states "transfered to case managers voice message system as instructed".

It is clear that if ACC don't want to talk to you, what they do is instruct the ACC phone answerer to send you to voice message and ignore it.

This is unacceptable...

Greetings,
Apart from one or two at Whangarei, who can be said to be OK.
a dose of rodent irradication is all in order... Whangarei has a bad habit of sacking or making redundant the Good ones... some of which have taken it to court and won compo. Others have left for something better and less stressful.

Yup Gaffa.

I know its a hassle but to reapply for the independence allowance ACC requires your GP to complete an application listing all injuries to be assessed..

I see in a previous thread you were going to start the entire process again...

Which means the ACC must supply all information relating to those injuries... ACC may not choose which injuries are to be assessed...

I also want a specialist report which ACC are denying access too
A polite letter to the Privacy comissioner and ACC complaints, asking them both to direct ACC to provide you a copy of that specialists assesssment.

Also a backdoor approach.. A request under the privacy act to that specialist for a copy of all notes, coresspondence, reports etc... (hopefully that specialist wasnt Sprott because he will have "lost" everything pertaining to the truth)

yep you got that right .
Was going to take him out for a round or to on golf course .
to smack his balls round .
there is a tee but his head is so thick would have damage the club.
So flag that idea.

But an old mate of mine was going to take him fishing ,
I question what his motive was .

Perhaps a trip to White island on a good day

Would suggest a swim in the crater lake for the ACC folks - give them some "physio" of the type that doesn't cost ACC anything ... (like ACC does to the claimants who are denied rehab/treatment)

And would certainly benefit ACC claimants ..... <_< ..... especially those for whom the ACC folks were CM's ....

(The lake is acidic, [very acidic,] and VERY hot)

Could we charter a large boat and take the lot?

Excellent cost cutting measure for ACC and the taxpayers.

I'm sure we could get donations from claimant for the costs ... I know of a few that would pay to see the show ...

I don't know what to think.

My first posting on this thread was about return phone calls .

within 3 hours and after 2 weeks plus i received my phone call from my C/M.
Some heated words where exchanged,
I asked her if she knew my file === answer Yes -- My answer good now we can talk about it == then come the bottom line == Well she said i know most of it === What most of it do you know === Well just the important bite === Ho isn't all my file important === So you know nothing am i right ..
=======
Well it go heated , In the end i stated Well don't worry as i have a meeting with Doctor Jan White coming up soon , And i want you to put everything in writting what we have been talking about .Her Voice changed from determind to nice as
also my answer to requesting for a copy of the ACCT codes is a big no no
I did read her the riot act told her about what i thought of her manager her BMA and how far they could jam it .
My point is did Doctor Jan White after reading the first posting stir the paddle .
If so many thanks , But we have a lot of ground to cover yet ,
This is madness and most C/m and officers just don't care
Like many others out there we want our cases sorted , given our rightful entitlements , be treated like a human, We are not liers, maybe a bit muddled at time but that comes with medication , and suffering .
