If they dont accept my proposal of Dr Fitzpatrick in Dunedin i think i might go for Chin whom ACC have on there list in the letter. He is the dork that mis-diagnosed me so incorrectly. Im sure telling him this in a meeting will make him so careful. He dare not try it on me whilst in a meeting with him ill throw the evidence at him of his complete stuff up of his diagnosis.

Fitzpatrick wouldn't accept my IMA referral last year.... seems he was 'too busy' that was why I was given the choice of Dr O'Neill.

Insist on Gordon Handcock, if you think he`s a good choice. (I do)

I requested him for an IMA, and was refused so I faxed him asking why they didn`t like to use him. He never replied but, hey presto my CM had a change of heart.

Yes Gordon is on he list, he is a good pick. They cannot refuse Dr Hancock.

I cant find hancock on the list well not for Otago anyway......Is he North Island based ????

Gordon Hancock is the BMA for the Invercargill branch of ACC. He is however a very upfront and honest assessor in my opinion. He has been used by many claimants in reviews/ court cases. Be aware that you can only use him once. If he is used for your IMA he cannot be used for VIOA.

counted my assessments, 27 but 2 didnt make it to marshal I guess ACC has something to hide in those other reports.
