Acc709 Code Complaint Form RE: breaches code of claimants rights

For submitting complaints about breaches to Code of ACC Claimants Rights (are there any in fact??)

WHile this may be a quick way of getting your complaint in, this Form agian reveals the extent to which ACC controls the information flow for its purposes.
I think people are better off writing their own letters of complaint and finishing each section of their letter by alleging a specific Code breach.
Don't play ACC's game or you will surely lose.

What rights are ACC repeatedly breaching? Is it privacy rights or what?

I suggest you go to the ACC website and download the "claimant code of rights" and study it.

ALso it could be very detrimental to your case if you continue to post personal details . Remember, ACC are monitoring this site and have ways of identifying the postees.

Always complain if you also receive a detrimental report from a toady!
