[1] The issue in this appeal is whether the respondent was correct to determine, by its decision of 23 January 2001, that the appellant had a capacity for work within the meaning of s. 15 of the Act.
[2] The matters raised by counsel for the appellant in support of this appeal were confined to a consideration of the occupational and medical assessments and no other matters arise.
