The issue in this appeal is whether the respondent was correct to determine that the appellant had a capacity for work within the meaning of section 51 of the 1992 Act.
The facts as I find them, and which are relevant to the determination of this issue, are as follows.
The appellant is now aged 54. In early 1993 she was diagnosed as having Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,
