DECISION
Introduction
[1] The appellant appeals against a decision of the Chief Executive upheld by a Benefits Review Committee to establish and recover an overpayment of $93,999.40 as a result of a payment of earnings related accident compensation by the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) to the appellant.

We trust that http://www.acc.co.nz no longer take the length of time they did in this case to fulfill there legal obligations to widows of deceased persons killed by accident, or cause them to endure such an ongoing rigamarole.
