Have Myodil in Brain along with heaps of complaints

This is her reply
MIN 03/0433

Mr John Huntley

[email protected]

Dear Mr Huntley

Thank you for your email of 8 May 2003 about aspects of your ACC claim

I have had the opportunity to review earlier correspondence and some of the medical reports relating to your case. I understand the documents indicate a neck injury (although not a ‘broken neck’). They suggest extensive research was unable to confirm injury from Myodil. I should add here that all medical specialists engaged by ACC must meet rigorous professional and contractual standards

On the matter of the Independence Allowance, I am told that when your case was reviewed (with all others) under the American Medical Association Guides to Permanent Impairment (AMA Guides), you were assessed as having a ten percent impairment. Because you had already received lump sum payments, this resulted in your being ineligible for further payments under that entitlement.

You mention a back massager, for which you say ACC declined to pay. Unfortunately ACC has been unable to find reference in its files to your request. I am told such equipment would only be considered on the recommendation of a specialist. If you believe the device would help significantly, you may wish to discuss the matter in the first instance with your medical advisor

I note your comment about ‘dates changed’. You do not offer specific references for those. If you can identify the issues more particularly, I will be pleased to look further into the matter

I also note your remark “can’t read or understand files”. ACC staff would be pleased to discuss the file with you, to clarify any confusion. Alternatively you might invite the advice of your solicitor if the file appears to be in some disarray.

Thank you again for your letter. I trust these comments have been of assistance

Yours sincerely

Hon Ruth Dyson

MINISTER FOR ACC

ACC have the documents which show the Myodil in the brain or have they not shown you.
ACC have the records taking me from %80to %10 have they not shown you that also.
ACC also have extra records since 1998 when they put me down to %10
the blackouts I take and Dizzy spells
results Hit by a chainsaw in the leg operation.
fall fracturing my back at L1 level cause Blackout
Fall splitting my head open
operation on my eyes cause Arachnoiditis

doctors report High blood pressure from shoulders down neck and head low blood pressure.

Results i have found out in the last month or so.
Fact CT and MRI scans are not set on the right Settings to pick up Arachnoiditis.
Nerve Conduction test not carried out in most cases and if are not carried out properly
Who is having who on I would like to know

I should add medical specialists you say have to meet rigorous professional standard for ACC this is CRAP
in a lot of cases in NZ we can prove you wrong.
DID YOU WATCH 20/20 last Sunday if not i suggest
you get a copy of it
Most of my info Myodil Arachnoiditis has come from the experts THE royal Australian and New zealand college of Radiolpgist which I might add ACC had some input into
I beleave you should start to do your home work on it
don't beleave what ACC say this is fact-
next fact GP don't know about ARACHNOIDITIT why
ITS been known for over 90 years-
A good amount of GP have had enough of ACC and there tactics try asking around-
sound like I am angery Well you got that right after 26 years and the medical say its all in the head WLL guess what they are right for once.
WOULD YOU LIKE THIS STUFF IN YOUR HEAD

Any letter sent to the Minister regarding your ACC complaint is NOT replied by the Minister but signed by her.

After the Minister has received your complaint it is sent on to 'Ministerial Services', they then contact your case manager normally via email or fax asking for your case manager to "Please respond with a reply suitable for the Minister's signature" They send a copy of your letter for them to respond to.

I requested an update on my file found a fax with the exact wording above!! the response was written by my case manager BUT SIGNED by Ruth Dyson! funny thing is Ruth Dyson has actually signed a letter full of LIES and I have the proof!!

If you request an update you may find the email or fax requesting this response but I was told by HDC that it should not have been left on my file so obviously ACC made a big mistake by my finding it there

Greetings Sylv...

Email me... I have evedence of this, in fact blatant forgery ...Among other illegal things, all in the name of the minister, by "someone at ACC".. This is another "bone to chew on"... something else that should be "researched and evidence compliled"... for the appropriate action...

well well, now have a good look at this, then think about your
own files,

has acc changed your injury diagnosis/details ???????

in this case, Ruth Dyson says in her above letter there was never a broken neck ,
now its been listed as an injury at the opposite end of the spine..

now called " Closed Fracture lumbar vertebra, dated 22/11/1977"

now i really begin to wonder just what is all the surgical scarring on the
back of my neck and throat.....

ACC - for your educational reference, as stated in the Oxford Dictionary thesaurus, a fracture and a break are the same thing - so one can reasonably ask
why change the wording on existing documents other than to alter documents
for , in my opinion, the pecuniary advantage of the corporation,
with resulting media releases by ACC such as what was printed on 4th December 2003
ACC Shines Against Its Australian Peers

Note that the ACC medical misadventure team, none of whom are qualified to
either diagnose or make expert medical opinion, have not acknowledged the
myodil in the brain, raising further questions that the ACC branch could have failed to provide the full and complete information

Here ya go, ACC at its best at rehabilitation

declining to help with the most basic equipment requirements.

So far, ACC has failed to provide sufficient information of an acceptable
level of quality regarding the " Australian therapy for neck pain"
and have also failed to provide their endorsement of the stated therapy....

Here is a copy of Pathway record,

the 1992 injury has been changed from a lumbar fracture to sprain and strain,

has this been done to your records - and it could be seen as injury minimisation
