If the IP. has already been sent to a few specialist , you
will find it very hard to obtain an alternative argument {report}from
those ACC. , recognise .

Hi.
I have been sent to 4 different spinal specialists (surgeons) in Auckland and all have been very biased reports ACC way not mine.......even one guy who we were told was not acc influenced was.

David Ruttenberg..........OH NO !!!!!!

Mr Hadlow ........had jammed my finger ina door and had a blood blister under my finger ,the report said I was well enough to work as I had grease under my finger nail on the left hand........if he hadn`t said left hand but that was the one with the squashed finger......so long since I have done anything fingers are white as white....

Brian Otto......did operation in Middlemore was fine till he found out that I had got no relief at all then said it was depression and to get over it.....did I not want to go back to work.......what was my problem.
get over the pain and get going....I wish.

Dr Tony Chew...........this guy was by far the best and did seem to listen report was more or less what had been said with not to many additions.

Good luck its not easy and take someone with you as a support person don`t tackle it on your own.

The term IP. means injuried person with cover
under a certain ACC act.

If you were to use the information this site has to offer, along with the legal knowledge offered at no cost, a better result might be obtained.

Hi, Just thought you may not know that Dr.Ruttenburg IS NOT A SPINAL SPECIALIST!!!!!!!!!!!ALSO Dr Chew IS NOT A SPINAL SPECIALIST.
Dr. Chew is only a GP with Occupational Medicine......These doctors have no right to do a Spinal Surgeon's report.....Go to review A.S.A.P.
You can check out there qualications on the Medical Ass. Website . I do not have it , but I am sure someone will give it to you...Good-luck
Cheers.

No good lawyers who specialize in ACC do legal aid in Auckland, I only know of Hazel Armstrong in Wellington.

wonder why?

that might change now when you can show your case is 100% winnable, but wasn't able to be won before due to the price acc pays to keep internal lawyers on board...

acc convolute, twist and manipulate the truth, to the point of gaslighting

transparency and the recent negative publicity might get lawyers wringing their hands with glee...

its just opened up a retrievable winnable source for them with the recent negative publicity against acc.....
