There are two places in New Zealand where a person can stand up and not tell the truth and the law will protect them;

Parliament - in the case of an MP under privilege;

Before Judge Beattie - in the case of ACC.

Cogent evidence that an ACC internal lawyer concealed crucial relevant evidence from the Court was recently provided to Judge Beattie who was considering an application for leave to appeal to the High Court.

The evidence was material and relevant.

It was completely ignored by Judge Beattie - thereby allowing ACC to get away with not telling the truth, misleading the Court and obtaining a judgment by unfair and improper practice.

The new Attorney-General and the Chief Justice are to be written to.
