There are many questions to be asked about the whole history of the NZ commonwealth, the establishment of laws, common law, enforcement, bill of rights, the history of the magnacarta and more.

So, read this:

Quote

6. “ The Commonwealth “ shall mean the Commonwealth of
Australia as established under this Act.
“ The States “ shall mean such of the colonies of New South
Wales, New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria, Western
Australia, and South Australia, including the northern territory of
South Australia, as for the time being are parts of the
Commonwealth, and such colonies or territories as may be
admitted into or established by the Commonwealth as States; and
each of such parts of the Commonwealth shall be called “a State.”
“ Original States “ shall mean such States as are parts of the
Commonwealth at its establishment.

That is from the document:

Quote

Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act.

So there needs to be in depth research to establish what happened to New Zealand and its ties to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act. In Australia there are many people researching their constitutional status and events prior to and after the Act was enacted. There is also chatter about the 1986 Australia constitution being invalid because it was never brought about nor into being in the proper manner.

See https://www.youtube....h?v=zxxkyK0TD4U as well as many others.
Thus there are legitimate questions regarding - what is common law? What is admiralty law / roman law? For many years there have been questions asked just why govt departments write to " you" in all upper case letters, that is, the dead person or strawman - if you have the time also research the content on the justinian deception channel on youtube for an education and many links from there to research from. In my opinion, these areas of research will help find a remedy to topics relevant such as the acc dispute resolution issues that have been surfacing for decades, just a thought.

So is there any history to be researched and uncovered into if, or when and why and how NZ was removed from the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act without public referendum?
