Recently a Greymouth claimant was asked to undergo an IVA. When asked for a list of assessors case manager Kathy Baxter tried to dodge the request by providing a list of contracted companies, Employment plus, Workbridge etc. Not a list of assessors as requested. When asked again for the list of ASSESSORS she replied with an assessor of her choice and also threw in a medical assessor of her choice. Dr. Antoniadus of course. The gypsy GP who travels regularly to the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise at ACCs expense to provide EXITS. Naturally Baxter issued the normal non-compliance threat that the minister and David Rankin state is used "sparingly" Has anyone else experienced this recently?

And here we have Kathy Baxters latest; quote. "As advised in our conversation, the information you have sought regarding individual assessors employed by the contracted providers is not readily available, and ACC will not delay rehabilitation further while this information is gathered. Assessments have therefore been arranged as advised." end quote How is that for a load of bullshit for the cops Watcha? That is an outright lie. Will post the name of the assessor she has chosen so everyone knows he is an ACC favourite. The name of the company also so we can check their background. Antoniadus is the highly paid liar. Thats what galls me with the whole bloody charade. At every point you are dealing with people being very highly paid by the Government to deliberately lie for ACC and about ACC.

MMMM Funny i can find most of the contracted providers to ACC at this site. Mabey Kathy needs a wee bit of training.

Pick one anywhere in the country as long as you are willing to pay the travel yourself. As they are contracted providers you can see them.

Giggle.......all those assessments done between then and December this year are illegal.

ACC ferried him around to do assessments....however....

ACC very hurriedly purchased a registration for him to work in QLD after being alerted by claimants dec 06 that He was not allowed to work in QLD without being registered here.

Some of you guys should be able to put in complaints about this.

Gloria.

she needs to get her GP heavily involved with a complaint letter to the Branch Manager. Do not accept this harrassment ! Ensure the GP requests through the Branch Manager a list of assessors that she can choose from.
