Nominating An Assessor

Any experiential feedback re the neutrality of assessors from the below list would be appreciated:

Dr Warren Groarke
Dr Evan Dryson
Dr Anthony Asteriadis
Dr Richard Seemann
Dr Chris Walls
Dr Rod Nicholson

It is probably more important that you make sure the case manager is asking the correct questions and supplying the correct information. ACC staff have a standard process in not supplying the correct information to any assessor or reporting the correct injuries.

It is common that ACC assessors and ACC case managers don't know how to apply section 117. This section is that when ACC has the necessary information in it possession then ACC must supply your entitlements. ACC and their assessors opinions are not to be used to dis-entitle entitlements. ACC and their assessors must show an error and the claiming that the symptom being due to age is an offence under the crimes Act. ACC assessors have a practice of not identifying the covered injuries (the one that have been reported to ACC through doctors and other treating providers.
