Mini has again provided some information for you ... and it appears either you do not realise there is also a Schedule of Entitlements OR know how to search the legislation yet perhaps?

Quote

Effect of New Zealand superannuation
52 Relationship between weekly compensation and New Zealand superannuation

(1)Subclause (2) applies to a claimant who—
(a)first becomes entitled to weekly compensation before reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age; and
(b}has been entitled to it for 24 months or longer before reaching that age.

(2)Such a claimant loses his or her entitlement to weekly compensation on reaching that age.

(3)Subclauses (4) and (5) apply to a claimant who first becomes entitled to weekly compensation 12 months or more, but less than 24 months, before reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age.

(4)Such a claimant is entitled to weekly compensation for 24 months from the date of entitlement to the compensation.

(5)However, the claimant’s entitlement to the compensation is dependent on his or her making an election to be entitled, after reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age, to the compensation, rather than to New Zealand superannuation.

(6)Subclauses (7) and (8) apply to a claimant who first becomes entitled to weekly compensation—
(a)within 12 months before reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age; or
(b}on or after reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age.

(7)Such a claimant is entitled to the weekly compensation for a period of 12 months following the later of—
(a)the date of reaching New Zealand superannuation qualification age; or
(b}the date of entitlement to weekly compensation.

(8)The claimant is then entitled to the weekly compensation for the next 12 months, if he or she makes an election to be entitled, during those 12 months, to the compensation, rather than to New Zealand superannuation.

(9)Nothing in this clause entitles a claimant to weekly compensation if he or she is not otherwise entitled to it under this schedule.

Compare: 1998 No 114 Schedule 1 cl 25
Schedule 1 clause 52(1)(a): amended, on 1 July 2005, by section 60(1) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).
Schedule 1 clause 52(3): amended, on 1 July 2005, by section 60(1) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).
Schedule 1 clause 52(6): amended, on 1 July 2005, by section 60(1) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).

ps you have mixed up your sections in posting #4 above and of course ignored some of that legislation information ... which is why Mini has now it seems done all the research herself ... and then generously shared it with you too

Apologies I have not been posting in here lately Mini ... I have been caught up with other things ... and then when I do finally manage a free moment to come here for a read .... it just is sometimes exhausting to wade through all incessant blagging and lies being upchucked ad nauseum :wacko:/>

That's it thanks anonomousey. don't know if it will work with the specialists goobly gook to back it up. but the GPs don't know anything about MS so what is the point in wanting him to put in something he knows little about.

Good as gold Mini :)

As Alan has mixed up his actual NONquotes from the legislation ... this is probably why there has been a little bit more confusion here ...

My claims are very much an "event", and ACC are looking after me very well.
Recent trolling of me on this site means I will not discuss any personal aspects of my claims here. It is simply not worth the grief.

How are you complaining when you are one of those that promotes such grief so rigorously marching under the banner of the tagteam seeking out victims for your entertainment.

Firstly I am not complaining, secondly I am not a member of any such "Tag Team", and I do not stalk anyone for entertainment.

You have a very vivid imagination Thomas.

You are a sick puppy.

As you do stalk me for entertainment and make ridiculous allegations that have no foundation in fact it follows that you are a member of the tagteam as that is the criteria to be a member.
There is nothing imaginary about the ferocity of your attacks against me.
I therefore find it interesting that you should be offended when one of your fellow tagteam members attacks you.

Your the only one attacking me, Tommy was only being nosey, and does not offend me. The tag team is a figment of your imagination. I have never made any allegations about you, I simply state the facts, and don't make "ridiculous allegations." I have only ever replied to your postings that is how a forum works.

Your entry into this thread to make false allegations regarding my person, shows who the stalker is.
