Has anyone had any dealings with this group of lawyers please and have they let anyone down?

I know Phil Smidth is a good advocate. Statistically some people will always feel let down due to circumstance but I know Phil to be good in general .

We do have a section of the site where people post the names of various advocates followed by a variety of opinions.

Phil Schmidt is amongst them

My personal knowledge of the fellow is that he has an above average understanding of the ACC legislation and will take matters to task and see the problem through. As for integrity I would rate him at a higher level than most.

Hi there

Hamish Peart is ex ACC lawyer and I had him up against me when he was still in ACC. He was very fair, knowing and not afraid to let you know where you are going wrong before you get anywhere near court There are not many lawyers that do that and as far as I have been concerned, he has all the qualities of knowing what he is doing.
