The most effective way to achieve security as for these government servants to do their jobs properly.

I thought that would have been quite obvious.

I thought that would have been the cheapest way as it only requires the staff to be educated in their duties.

When our members of Parliament severely criticise the surly and evasive manner in which these States servants behave towards those they serve I don't understand why they have not changed By improving their competency in their jobs and corrected their behaviour to those they serve yet instead they seek to carry on in exactly the same way that they have done in the past, the cause of the problem, And further seek security to keep them safe while abusing those they serve..
