ACC lawyers and advocates Who are the best?

Obviously there are people who come and go in the ACC advocacy industry while others continue to hone their expertise and would be worthy of some discussion.
Obviously it is not intended for this thread to be an open spot for any advertising but rather discussion in relation to each and every individual in this arena, good and bad, in order that we may survey who we have available to us to provide assistance.

I guess it often comes down to who and what a claimant can afford which often puts lawyers out of reach.

Stay well clear of Thomas and associates, they are a pack of criminals, with a long history of losing.

He is having another one of his mental illness attacks.
Unfortunately, the system has let him down.
Fallen through the health system cracks.

But it is sad that they are so intent on destroying good discussion on what is good or bad for the other 9,000 annual victims of ACC who are cheated out of their entitlements.
Very selfish.
Only care for themselves.

Anyone who charges a fellow human being who is on the bones of their arse through unfortunate circumstances $350 an hour for their time is truly a scum-bag.
Not only scum-bags but most lawyers I've ever had anything to do with are either incompetent or daylight robbers.
Most of them are as dodgy as ACC themselves.
ACC advocates on the other hand are a different kettle of fish.
Sure, you've got the dodgy ones like LUPINE, but to the other extreme you've got ex lawyers and professors who know damn well how dodgy ACC is and they almost give their time at huge discount to genuine claimants who have been cheated by ACC.
Why?
Because they have a social conscience.

Your shrink has clearly let you down.
There is a better type of care out there rather than letting you roam around in normal society proving to us how the public health system has failed you.
You need more intensive care.
Some call it incarceration.
I call it help.

Seems about right to me. Brucey has his entitlements, you are entitled to nothing. Even ACC don't get it wrong every time.
