Taking a look at the website profile of FIT FOR WORK and this is what you will find.

The organisation claims that it is "helping people to return to work".

It presents itself as a credible organisation, an OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SPECIALIST service operating throughout new Zealand. It advertises for people to fill its vacancies within the offices of CROMWELL, CHRISTCHURCH, WELLINGTON and an intended AUCKLAND.

I guess they've seen a massive opportunity to serve the needs of ACC throughout this country, recognising of course, the huge hourly rates that ACC are willing to pay them if they serve their specific needs of cheating people out of their fair injury insurance entitlement under this Government run scheme.

Lets have a look at the people involved here, most of whom have spent time or come from the UK. In other words POM's.

DR DAVID BEAUMONT .. CEO and MEDICAL DIRECTOR
DR NICHOLAS YARNALL
DR ANDREW HILLIARD
DR RUPERT HALL-SMITH
DR SCOTT NEWBURN
DR MARY HOLDEN
DR IAN GOURLAY

I think we should update this list as this business grows so that ACC injury victims can be well warned.

As already evidenced on this forum, my very good friend DR ANDREW HILLIARD from the above list is also "double dipping" as a BRANCH MEDICAL ADVISOR for ACC and was recently active in a DISTRICT COURT case against just one of ACC's many victims.

Apparently, ACC is making that much money out of our POLICY PREMIUMS that they can well afford the services of FIT FOR WORK who are "helping people to return to work" whether it be on crutches, whether you suffer from severe pain, whether you are mentally impaired, whether you are still awaiting surgery ..

.. just as long as you can breathe. :blink:/>/>

[As an aside, in my very straight forward injury case, I have the evidence of ill-conceived reports from both DR ANDREW HILLIARD and the CEO of this outfit, DR DAVID BEAUMONT. The outcomes of DR HILLIARD's report and responses are now subject to complaints to several authorities, but not through the usual channels.]

Hi there.
Back on topic...

Would you, or others here, be able to PM me with OMS names they regard as fair.
Thanks.
