Just wondering, will those eligible for these backdated payments be paid interest in accordance with the Judicature Act.

What attempts will be made to rectify situations where those that were eligible are now deceased?

Will the executors of there estates be contacted to right what may be a wrongful omission?

How many of those that are eligible for these backdated sums of monies have had their credit ratings damaged because of these errors?

These may be side issues but they have relevance to the wider picture and the impact these failures of service have on the wider community.

Incidentally, was the computer error as a result of the Contracted IT company?
Or was it one from MSD themselves?

If it is the former it may be deemed to be a failure to provide the terms and conditions of contract.
