Independance Allowance Dr ? Who Who should we get for Timaru

Help please.......My friend has a letter to see Dr Jorgen schousboe for an assessment for independance allowance.

I havent seen any information on this site about him/her does anyone know of this Dr or should my friend seek a list to chose an assessor from........we are in the Timaru area.

Any help appreciated.

BE VERY WARY OF SCHOUSBOE. HE IS IN CHCH. HE WROTE A DISGUSTING REPORT ON A CLAIMANT AND HE EVEN TURNED UP AT THE REVIEW TO JUSTIFY HIS ACTIONS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ACC ARE USING HIM FOR IA's. A typical toady with his snout in the trough. :angry:

Great to see you guys are still all willing to share your invaluable experience online.

Thanks for the advise, its funny, i can help my friend (he is family man hurt 1.5 yrs ago and has the same case manager as me :wacko:

) And i find it easier to help him get his rights but i cant seem to handle my own still.
But hey, thats what a good Dunedin Lawyer is for aye :-).

ACC arent treating him any better than me, and its nice to have this family close by as we can have a good laugh at some of the antics as a stress relief. Actually i should really get my A into G and get a few of us Timaru lot together for a BBQ now the weather is good so we can all share stories and have a laugh.

Any takers???? Give me a yell.

Im in Timaru as well. Moved down from Wellington to get away from crap case mongrols and ended up with the same crap.

I was exited May last year and have got a review next month so will see what happens then.

Dont know where I am at right now but am taking it one day at a time. Damed heat is getting to me so time for a grany nap.

Dr Jorgen schousboe ,,sounds like a flamin Nazi to me,, and would be typically the sort of people ACC would use, to minimise, if not squash your injury claim.
