Man gets ACC coverage for chemical poisoning

A man has been awarded ACC coverage after years of bureaucratic wrangling over whether or not he was poisoned by a toxic cleaning agent at work.

NO comments section on this story.
NO mention of who ACC used to assess this man .as in neuro psychologist and the company used
(I would put my money on it being phillipa campbell and southern rehab institute)
NO mention of the hell ACC put this man through.
This is what media control does to NZ.
At least they posted the story all be it lacking in guts.

ACC spokeswoman Stephanie Melville said there was no delay in arranging Blincoe's compensation, which was being treated as a new claim.

Is not this the same claim as:

Oh it probably is http://www.nzlii.org...C/2015/113.html
Three years later ACC says no delay in arranging Blincoe's compensation.

Same old Gorman, Beasley, Glass, Monigatti and Schnabel, the toxicology panel involved.
