NO comments section on this story.
NO mention of who ACC used to assess this man .as in neuro psychologist and the company used
(I would put my money on it being phillipa campbell and southern rehab institute)
NO mention of the hell ACC put this man through.
This is what media control does to NZ.
At least they posted the story all be it lacking in guts.

ACC spokeswoman Stephanie Melville said there was no delay in arranging Blincoe's compensation, which was being treated as a new claim.
Is not this the same claim as:

Same old Gorman, Beasley, Glass, Monigatti and Schnabel, the toxicology panel involved.
ACC spokeswoman Stephanie Melville said there was no delay in arranging Blincoe's compensation, which was being treated as a new claim.
