Two decisions here, both relating to the same matter, from a fairly low-level Federal Court in the US. Evidently, the welfare agencies had a policy to disregard court decisions in which they lost when making decisions on other claims. It took a huge amount of work and effort by beneficiaries, their advocates and lawyers to get this matter before the court. As readers will see, it took two Court decisions, in which the bureaucrats fought every step of the way (spending taxpayers' $$$ liberally to defend their wrongdoing and abuses of power). Even after these decisions, I doubt things have improved for sick and disabled New Yorkers. Naturally, our own dearly beloved bureaucrats in NZ would never dream of behaving so arrogantly and abominably.
using the wording ,"of never dreaming and acting ", would be a normal procedure, as in why and when , nothing has changed in the the world of the almighty , dollar, or some other currencies
