Does anyone know what the Standard Operating Procedure for Search Warrants? Has anyone undergone a Search and Seizure by Police and ACC fraud unit?

As the ACC have served me with more search warrants than any other ACC claimant and I have sought legal advice from the most superior criminal Court legal minds together with ACC specialists without any doubt I would be able to say that I have more knowledge about these matters than anyone else on this forum. I have been the first responder and directly responsible for getting to claimants out of jail for alleged ACC fraud which involves search warrants in the deliberate wrongful interpretation of both fact and law in order to misuse the information for purposes of the convictions. I've also intercepted a significant number of other ACC fraud investigations and then the only person ever to subpoena the ACC fraud investigation staff together with private investigator, place them under oath and question question them about how they go about their business.

If you think your concerns may benefit the members of the site by an in-depth analysis and discussion it would be most beneficial to conduct a case study regarding your concerns.

If on the other hand you would prefer to maintain your privacy by all means feel free to contact me directly.

If you do a search for 'Huggy' that may bring up quite a lot of stuff for you to read through.

Huggy was one of two at the centre of a very high profile case against the ACC, the Police and one or two PI's.

You may wish to contact him at Acclaim Otago and I'm sure he may be able to assist you more

The alleged Privacy Breach you claimed had happened

Did the ACC ever manage to get hold of you regarding the Claimants Files that you were allegedly sent 2 - 3 years ago?

They made an effort to contact you here on the forum - their Privacy person even went as far as to join so she could post here.

For some strange reason the content of your posts disappeared soon after that and when the media picked up on the story.

Did you and them manage to sort it out?
