A reliable source has informed us that this case only got as far as it did in the Court systems because of the you scratch my back I'll scratch yours
agreements between a Private Investigator, understood to be Michael Campbell & an http://www.acc.co.nz Branch Manager understood to be
Bill Cochrane(?)

We understand the Branch Manager himself was subsequently investigated.

Maybe someone can investigate this further so the public can be informed what has been happened to there ACC levies, which happen to belong
to the public & are the Public's Funds.

"The court of Appeal today overturned the conviction of a businessman jailed for defrauding ACC of nearly $400,00 and ordered a new trial.

Ronald Frederick donaldson of Waihi Beach was originally jailed for three years and ordered to repay the money.

He started receiving ACC in 1988 after injuring his back.

The Cown alleged that he claimed to be earing $170.00 a week as a part time cleaner, while actually working full time in his own businesses.

Donaldson's lawyers argued that the trial judge misled the jury about what constitutes ACC fraud, and jurors were prejudiced by a simplistic power point slide show.

The Court of Appeal overturned the conviction and ordered a retrial."

Touche, netcoachnz?

How about trying to fish without bananas on your boat next time.

Or were you just after another "Pop" reaction?

We are speaking the truth thank you very much.

Our sources of information are very reliable, the majority of the time correct with their knowledge & in this instance the person concerned
is held highly in there chosen field
:)

Our sources of information provide us & others with correct information & the facts.

To clarify we were not meaning it had got as far as it did in the Court systems relating to Ron Donaldson's conviction having been overturned,
but that of it been placed in the Criminal Court in the first place & proceedures relating to that matter only.

Would you please give examples as to why the post you mention & other postings of hukildaspida are, in netcoachnz opinion, incorrect?

Or are you attempting to defame both our reputation & that of our source's reputations?

Showing your (ACC? Police?) colours N.

Wish this retrial, and ACC deviousness was splattered all over the papers and internet, just like the original conviction was!

Well spotted H.

Please do not take this out of context, however one has to question just where your qualifications and knowledge on subject matter is coming from. In relation to our posts, neither ourselves or other members of this forum are accountable to you and never have been.

Ours was a serious posting and not designed for a "pop" reaction. We hold information that contadicts some of what you have posted. We cannot for legal reasons name our source nor what that information is; as this matter is currently before a NZ Court.

It was not our intent to defame your reputation, however, if a forum member posts inaccurate information that is a breach of the forum rules. Our source of information and your source of information obviously disagree.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

'StarSista' the words highlighted in purple above are forum rules that I believe you have breached.

It is polite practice to use a forum members full moniker when addressing them within a post. Like Royalty we will take the N as a term of endearment and respect.

The words "Showing your (ACC? Police?) colours N" could be regarded as you being abusive to or harassing a genuine forum member. You have never meet us to the best of our knowledge, do not know our histories or circumstances and we are not about to share them with you.

Can you provide any Internet URL's that cover the original conviction?
