Thanks Gee .......

Can anyone else provide a valuable understanding of this individual -

I contacted ACC today and was told this "Manderson does not have a boss and is answerable to no-one" so I am a little confused - Is the Minister of ACC that weak that a ACC Team Manager from Alexandra is now calling the shots ......... Amazing

Team Managers do so have a level above they are answerable to. They cannot make decisions without their round table prayer sessions, and that involves the next level/s also. There are Branch Managers whom you can approach.

I found her very good to deal with. On several occasions I put across my point of view after a decision had been made. Julie took my point of view aboard took the decision back to the branch decision panel and the original decisions were over turned in my favor. All with out yelling screaming name calling ,threats of lawyers,or having to go to review.
This included changing the amount for TFI by 10,000,.

WoW there's some really sick stuff there - I find it hard to believe how much pleasure this woman takes in intimidating and threatening people - Pure enjoyment on her part - Thanks again

IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN STOP THIS MENTALLY UNSTABLE BINT FROM HER ONGOING ABUSE TOWARD MYSELF AND FAMILY - I HAVE RAISED GENUINE CONCERNS TO ACC MANAGEMENT (ON SEVERAL OCCASSIONS)STATING THAT WE FEEL THREATENED & INTIMIDATED BY HER ACTIONS - ACC STOOD BACK AND DID NOTHING - THE POLICE TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT DO A THING ON THE TWO OCCASSIONS I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THEM - I HAD HER AREA MANAGER CALL ME ONLY TO GET SOMEWHAT OF AN APOLOGY FOR MANDERVILLES BEHAVIOUR, HOWEVER EVEN THIS DID NOT DETER HER IN CONTINUING TO HASSLE US - ONLY THIS MORNING I LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH ACC REGARDING MANDERVILLES BEHAVIUOR & THAT OF OTHER CASE MANANGERS AT acc alexandra & THAT I DO NOT WANT THIS WOMAN CONTACTING US AT ALL - WITHIN HALF AN HOUR ON LODGING THAT COMPLAINT, THE PHONE RANG & WHEN i ASWERED IT GUESS WHO WAS ON THE OTHER END?

YOU GUESSED IT - SHIT FOR BRAINS

SO HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO PROTECT YOUR FAMILY FROM GOVT FUNDED ORGANISED CRIME WITHOUT TAKING THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS?

I MEAN COME ON - HOW MANY TIMES MUST YOU STATE TO SOMEONE THAT YOU FEEL THREATENED BY A PERSON & THAT PERSON IS RELENTLESS IN CAUSING YOU HARM?

HOW CAN I STOP THIS PERSON FROM THIS ONGOING ABUSE?

ALSO I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT RECENTLY THAT OUR PRIVATE UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN ALSO RELEASED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY THIS WOMAN

SHE HAS ALSO EMAILED THE POLICE STATING "THAT I USED EXCESSIVE FORCE ON MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER" DURING AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER -
AS YOU CAN IMAGINE I WAS BESIDE MYSELF WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT & WHEN i TRIED TO GATHER EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT ALLEGATION WRONG, SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF THE CCTV FOOTAGE OF THE APPARENT ASSAULT - FORTUNATELY THE POLICE, HAD A COPY OF THIS & FOUND NO SUCH THING ......

NOW I CAN TAKE THE HEAT BUT THIS SHIT STAIN HAS BEEN SLOWLY PULLING MY FAMILY INTO HER LITTLE FCUKING GAMES & THATS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE ......

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET THIS POOH OFF MY SHOE? legally? IF NOT illegally AS IT WORKS FOR THEM

Thinking about your case, and if you are concerned that you are being targeted by your Case Manager and not treated with respect,

you have the option open to you of going to Review over the Code of Claimants Rights

You are to be Treated with dignity and respect and you can go to Review over this and other points in the code

Think about it , study Huggy's case he set out on here and go for it.

You also can go to the Human rights commission and the Ombudsman.

Maybe a letter to Collins requesting her to look into the way ACC staff are treating you.

Don't lie down under this abuse, go for it and be proactive.

Also request a change of Case Manager and Branch

The Code of claimants rights is on the ACC Website or a hard copy at any branch of ACC

good luck

Thanks Sparrow -

At this stage I have contacted the police regarding this person's behaviour & have been informed that they HAVE acted illegally by intimidating, threatening, lying & blackmailing me into signing an illegal document - Next step is to take relevant information to them & lay an official complaint of which I will do tommorrow.

Then we will see if Justice actually exists in this country

I hope to see you in court Manderson, real soon

record everything

please put in a "no phone order'....

acc are NOT ALLOWED TO PHONE ME....everything must be done in writing...(only because i want the evidence, and it saves me from listening to their nasty little spiteful comments)

if they do phone, they have breached your privacy, and that can go thru to the Privacy Commission...

recording will also give you evidence for the police.

wow, what a piece of work...
