We have always found Judge Powell to be very fair, thorough and ethical in making their decisions.

And how many decisions have you had Judge Powell make a decision for??
And did you get legal aid?

Yes we were provided with Legal aid at a cost of $5000, ACC had to pay this as We were awarded costs.
Only the one decision, however, we have read other judgements by Judge Powell and have found them to be spot on, this Judge knows the ACC Law and doesn't take fools lightly.

Interesting that we are unable to find any of Judge Grant Powell's ACC decisions whereby it states any appellant has been awarded costs of $5,000.
More lies/delusions from you is it Netcoachnz?

Thanks to whomever is Admin on this forum that keeps blocking us from uploading factual background information on Judge Grant Powell.
For the record Judge Powell was sworn in on 2 September 2013 at Auckland.
Prior to that he has played a significant role as counsel in Treaty settlement negotiations, regional inquiries and other claims in the Waitangi Tribunal, as well as engagement with the Crown over foreshore and seabed and Resource Management Act matters.

Grant Powell only became a sworn in Judge addressing http://www.acc.co.nz matters in September 2013, therefore netcoachnz has made a public statement that appears to be very misleading about his own claim & situation.
Best to take netcoachnz comments with a grain of salt and may be in future it's best to judge for yourself if he has credibility or not.
Should netcoachnz start telling us again he has never named himself on this forum so how would we know for sure it is him, or not in any of Judge Grant Powell's decisions on the

it is best to ignore him.
netcoachnz has a tendency to play headgames for want of better word.

It is observed & understood from reliable sources that the claimant concerned is more than likely a completely different entity from the claimant on this forum with similar name.
One had a knee injury in an accident & was a policeman, (lived in Manawatu region 1981) the other has long time been a School teacher (lived in Timaru 1981) .
The one whom was a Policeman has done a number of different jobs, including been a fireman, diving business operator amongst other occupations.
The other one, well we shall refrain from commenting.
