ACC will always still try to undermine most specialists reports ...... NO MATTER what the evidence provided, or on a balance of probability..... ACC do not want to lose..

Actually we will find that ACC will push harder using a tactic after a person has had an accident way later in life and they will start asking, 'did you play sports when you were younger? Did you maybe knock your head anytime from age 1 day old to a day previous to your now claimed accident. If you answer 'yes', or even 'NO', they will no-doubt say, 'we cannot cover you as you probably would of already sustained previous head injury.'

This is how they operate now though isn't it.... so nothing really new.
