please correct all the FACTUAL INFO...

facts you can prove



and send correctional statement to case manager as well :)

insist under the privacy act, NZBORA, and Human Rights Act...that these statements are placed in your file

once rubbish is entered, acc use this as their truth!...and you will never get the fair, unbiased treatment your hubby deserves...

I can't comment on Philippa Campbell, but I recommend you avoid
Katy Taylor, also of SRI. Katy's report on my husband was full of errors and misleading ommissions and we have complained to the NZ Psychologists board.



Do you have an email address for the NZ Psychologists board? I to have BIG issues with Katy Taylor of SRI..

unless you can prove absolute negligence...and criminal harm....then it is diffucult to get the complaint to stick...

Be very very careful and record assessments. They tell lies and and work together to exit you once your quota is up. They are not interested in your recovery and rehabilitation just the Range Rover or Lexus in the drive compliments ACC.
