And my injuries are real...

Hence the amount of support i get from the Medical Fraternity.

Each case is different but should never ever be dependent on "support"

I have serious injuries Alan

The fully qualified Specialists in their field have seen, examined and critiqued the amount of damage in my neck

Of course they support me....

Why wouldnt they....

The evidendce +_ ability/ disability matches.........
