if you were exited from ERC due to a doctors report you can write:
acc did not give the doctor the relevant information
without all relevant information you cannot understand how the doctor came to that decision
that the doctors did not have a copy of your MRI, scans, blood test, which are required for a "completely informed medico-legal expert diagnosis"
that the opinion of your surgeon (primary physician) seem to have taken 2nd place to what the acc assessor wrote about you..

Not just doctors, nurses etc.
You can complain about any Health & Disability service.

You can complain about any Health & Disability service.

Health & Disability Commission applies to all health & disability services, not just so called health professionals.
So yes you CAN complain about ACC's Home Care provider agencies and other disability services such as ACC's so-called rehab providers who refuse mobility accessibility to disabled claimants. Don't be suckers or you'll keep getting trodden on and shat on.

"With regard to disability services, it extends to goods, services, and facilities provided to people with disabilities for their care or support, or to promote their independence, or for related or incidental purposes. Unlike health services, disability services do not have to be provided to the public in order to be covered by this legislation."
