heres the related discussion on WCB Canada - very interesting , worth a read.

heres a sample

private insurance, wcb insurance, any insurance.......the difference is merely a perception that we are all stupid enough to buy into. Insurance of any type is a scheme to generate monies.....that is all.

heres one way you can look at wcb....

the wcb interprets legislation and implements it's own rules, rates and method of operation including rates of premium from employers. It is a huge money making mill with thousands of employees or shall we call them "operaters". wcb sells perception and then simply charges business in the millions and millions of dollars for that perception. before going anywhere else this revenue goes directly into a process of lining the operator's pockets......just ask the operators directly if you cannot believe me.

The second clear use of the collected revenues takes place on the occasion when an injured workers will request to access these huge sums of monies in order that that worker may carry on with day to day costs of existing in society while their work injury persists and in most cases the operators will comply and permit a sort of limited access to their collected monies.

The operator's system runs and is profficient at only the generation of paper and eventually, no matter what the condition of the worker, access to funds is terminated and the operator's paper starts coming in to the worker. It matters not how the worker handles or protests the operator's paper.....the operator's decisions can only be changed if they choose to change it.....no matter how your paper (your evidence) reads....be it from doctors, experts, lawyers whatever.....the operators can discredit any evidence you might have with the mere flick of their pen, it matters not if one (or one's lawyer) believe the operators are right or wrong.........(because right and wrong are merely interpretations or ideas)....one's case can also easily be eliminated by way the operator's pathetic claim of non-compliance of filling out their forms and on time (a huge joke put over any worker).

your paper, their paper, expert and scienctific paper, is all just that......a mountain of paper no one gives a real shyte about.....paper, paper, paper......it is what the operators draw masses amounts of money on: to counter, to discredit, to manipulate, to loose, to disregard or generate....it all amounts to blah blah blah, however, only the operator's paper is legal and binding in discontinuing any or all beneficial assistance to the worker.

it is the operator's paper and no one who could possibly make a difference is reading it, I mean, who that can make a difference cares about any worker's problems or protests......there is no money in it for the operators in making a good and positive difference so why would they.....injured or permanently injured workers would cost money to the operators.....why then would the operators be inclined to assist.....the root of our so called "percieved problem" is so blatantly obvious.

that my friends is the truth and I suspect you all really know it to be the truth, however, as one hangs on to hope, as one hangs on to chance, as one hangs on to the good that we all learned in our younger years, all of which will simply blind one to the truth and the operators, as one might suspect, need the masses to be blind (and the 5 or 10% of the masses who know of the truth are of no consequence in the scheme of things).

Collectively or individually, reams of paper can be generated by protesting workers......to what end......who is going to wade through it all.........who cares.

who cares what happened to the worker who tried to access wcb monies, who cares how the wcb operator made sure the worker would not get it......multiply this scenario by a million cases and one will get the idea......apathy across all boards sets in.

bottom line, the wcb operators will still have their legislation that permits them to line their pockets first, they will still have their legislation that permits them to draw big fat retirement pensions, to purchase beautiful homes and elegant automobiles, and fine clothing and fine jewelery and to workers attempting to access their funds.......the worker's loss is the operator's gain.

Note: forum members: please do not pick apart this message because in so doing it will amount to nothing that anybody would give a shyte about....disagree with what I have stated.....who cares!

Jim J Guenther
case terminated 1999.
reason for termination: in a note to the wcb rehab consultant the wcb medical advisor recorded that he felt I could perform heavy work
