The way I see the situation is that had ACC simple managed ( their own ACC Representatives squeal incompetent mismanagement ) everything from the start, DOA , in an open , honest professional manner I would have received appropriate ACC Cover , Statutory Entitlements , Rehab etc in an appropriate timely , cost ( not only ACC but myself ( psychological , physical , finical ), family , business ) effective , helpful professional manner.

In this scenario I believe there would be NO need for Back Dated Weekly Compensation ( as a Statutory Entitlement and my ACC Claim being effectively, accurately professionally managed based on simple factual truths I would have received weekly compensation ), Interest Payments ( no need as I would have received my Statutory Entitlement of Weekly Compensation Weekly not decades latter ! )and or Payment Outside the Scope of Statutory Entitlements ( would be no need as ACC where doing everything 100% medically / legally correct )

Instead since DOA 7/2/1986 the simple truth is ACC have done everything in there power to discredit me , my ACC Claim , denied for decades appropriate Cover / Entitlements and I strongly believe through all the wrongs ACC need to pay for the full absurd wrongness.
The incompetent of mismanagement of ACC is well documented and I'm sick of paying the price of ACC's absurdity.


The simple truth will prevail !

Geeeeeez doesn't time fly ...


Exactly 14 years ago today more costly confusion started at ACC by an ACC Claim File being created , opened up and used by ACC and I was directed to use that ACC Claim Number by ACC Representatives.

Didn't take long and I wondered what was going on with various ACC Representatives as what was being said was not the simple truth of exactly what happened on the 7 February 1986.

How come I had an ACC Claim File that had basic details that never happened to me personally ?
How come ACC was trying to make me take ownership of lies ?

To make matters worse I had my work accident at Bombay Hills and not at home in Whangarei !!!!!!!!!!

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM started asking ACC to sort out the mess and they got even more vicious , really vicious ...

Confusion created by crap at my cost and undue added expenses.


Time for ACC to sort out the mess they originally created !!

Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez I know the feeling ...


Couple of weeks ago I had to go into Walton Plaza where ACC Whangarei used to be based.

As soon as I walked into the ground floor my heart started and I felt like shit , probably this was the level how I was treated or mistreated through the traumatic interagation by ACC Representives ...

I went up to the 2nd floor and I struggled to get out of the lift as I saw the doorway to the torture chambers of ACC Whangarei , I vertually froze and a couple of guys came around the corner and asked if I was all right.

Stuttering I told them yeah I think I'm okay ...

The gross abuse , harrasement , filthy lies , bulling , undue stress , incompentent mis-management of ACC really hit again ...

Slowly I struggled to go about my bussiness and left the building shaken and in shook.

Another event shared and record as evidience with the "Fruit Cake" men ...


I survived another day to tell the story.

Well done mate as it takes a lot of guts , balls , brains to stand up against , at times , over whelming odds.

It can also be a very very lonely dark place and can put huge unjust pressure and stress on family and friends.

Good on you for standing up. Better to stand up and fight than lie down and die.

Anyway the simple truth is just that , the simple truth no matter how some people try and distort it with , as it appears , with unlimited funds and at the end of the day ... simply loose.

The only way I see ACC can start building trust and confidence is to admit fully all the faults and down falls , pay appropite compensation to people ACC have attempted to destroy at what ever cost , trim out a whole heap of dead wood ( hanger on's ) and basically fully understand what there role is to play ( staff training )and be 100% proffesional ...

ACC admitted over 26 years of incompentent , mismanagement , I believe is rather absurd.


Really difficult to soar like an eagle when stuck in a turkey coop and xmas is coming quick!
