I found this useful information on ACC's IT system. I am not sure if the information is still relevant in 2012 (this newsletter is dated 2006, but I do know that ACC still uses iData for its systems. So, this does not say much for their expertise.

NTV - not sure what this article has got to do with ACC's Data Security and systems???

acc data security system is munted

the 2006 model was taken fro unum who used the FINEOS system

i keep up with the tecchy pages.....and showing that regardless...IT can be manipulated, locked off encrypted or ""cronyd"" just like every system acc has tainted...

the health system

the insurance system

the it system

the medical profession

the law profession...

all tainted by those who pull the strings!
