has anyone else here had dealing with case manager Pauline Hamilton??? if so what have been your experiences.. good, bad or otherwise?? only asking as I want to know if its just us that have conflict with her or what? thanks

yeah exactly gala. when you get crapped enough you start to believe thats all you're worth but you know what?... thats bs, and the lies that we've been told just make 100x worse. the nelson office seem to think thy are untouchable but I'm getting a huge big file of proof now to shaft them back with and the best thing is... getting a ITSWEEP... was just full of goodies..

2006 was the tightening of the belt within acc
2009 was the riley report, which forgot to figure long term injured in financial equation...
you DO NOT have a personality crisis!
you are dealing with Insurance Model Fraud, as opposed to a Health System designed to assist injured New Zealanders!!!
do not for one minute doubt your own integrity..
please get copies of your IT sweep file, and any other records you may need
be aware you may only get partial download
please use the complaints process....even tho' you think it may be a waste of time, the paper trail back up all statements!
copy your complaints to the Privacy Commissioner, Auditor Generals Office,the Ombudsman, the Serious fraud Office and all government ministers...
there is strength in numbers, and this paperwork is very important.
most of us long termers in here are busy putting all our own paperwork together...yes it takes hours...bu all hard work deserves rewards...
templates can be found in the section "Forms and Letters"
download to your own computer, take out the generic info(dates, and take out the sensitive claomant statements, if you are not sensitive claimants)
and add in your own...
then once ready to go...cc to all and push send.

ok.. think I found how........ click on my user name up there^^^^^ and should take you to my profile page, at the bottom of the profile page,. should be a thing to email me, try that.

use the private message system...
top right hand corner...on this screen
next to your name is a down arrow
click that to see the menu
it takes you to messages
type in Chasaan's name...always put a subject in the line...otherwise it wont send...
type your message...
send....
wait for response...a message comes up at the top of the screen when you have new private mail...
you can access this by clicking on the link
